Q:What if I receive a damaged item?
A: Engraved tables must be inspected within 24 hours upon arrival. Send us an email with all details of the damage and the tracking# or pro# on truck shipments on the box, conntact us and the trucking company and we will resolve the issue asap by filing a claim and getting you a replacement product or part(if only a part of the item is damaged) ASAP at no cost to you.

Q: Is assembly required?
A: Shuffleboard and pool tables are professional assembled by national network of companies. Assembly is required for air hockey and foosball tables.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Custom engraved game tables are non-returnable. 30 days on all other products-see: Warranty/Returns
Q: Do you sell or distribute my personal information?
A: NEVER, we only use it to process your order and advise of updates.
Q: How much room do I need for the pool table?
A: Allow a minimum of 148" x 104" for the 8' table.
